Biography
教育
楊晉祺在澳大利亞麥覺理大學獲得商業學士學位（主修會計學）。他之後完成了香港大學的法律碩士、法學專業證書和法學碩士課程。他亦持有倫敦大學法學碩士[犯罪學及刑事司法專修]學位。
教學
在2018年加入法律學系擔任全職講師之前，他是香港大學商學院的教學助理，教授財務會計、管理會計、商業法和公司法的本科課程。他亦曾經擔任法律學系兼職講師，教授證據和商業組織法。
他現時負責教授法律學系的本科及研究生證據法和刑事訴訟程序課程。
研究興趣
除了證據和刑事訴訟程序外，楊晉祺還有興趣研究香港學校行政和管治法則。
法律執業
楊晉祺於2016年獲得香港大律師資格，目前是Droit Chambers的駐所律師，接辦民事和刑事案件。
